Zandaux Door to Door Delivery Agent Application

Called “Zandaux-3DA”

This is a mobile application designed to help sellers offer

affordable shipping options to their customers.

The seller can register an independent carrier who can

be a truck, pickup or motorbike owner. Once registered,

the independent carrier will receive the login credentials to

use the Zandaux-3DA application. With the Zandaux-3DA app,

independent carriers who generally charge a relatively lower

delivery cost become integrated into the whole digital sales

process with a trackable delivery method.

Here is how it works

The seller registers the delivery agent under his/her

seller/vendor’s account

The seller assigns an order to a carrier (delivery agent)

when a buyer makes one. The delivery agent can

accept or decline the assignment.

If accepted, the delivery agent is required to provide

live updates during the delivery process. Once delivered

the agent has the option to mark the delivery as completed.

This action will also be reflected in both the seller and

buyer dashboards as “delivery completed”.

Depending on the agreement between the buyer

and seller the agent will be immediately paid upon

delivery completion by one of the parties accordingly.

The delivery is, therefore, able to manage its own account

directly within the app.

How to Register on Zandaux.com as a Seller/vendor

User Manual

The following steps lead you to set up your store and start selling on Zandux.com.

Make sure all the steps are fully completed to ensure better visibility of both your

products and stores which are critical elements for a more extraordinary online sales experience.

Before you start the registration process, ensure that you have the required document for

yourself as a contact person and your company ready to upload. The documents are the

following, a copy of your national ID (both sides), the company KRA PIN certificate and the

certificate of incorporation.

Now Get Started

1- Click on “Register as Merchant”

1-2 Scroll down and Select your plan “Choose Plan” Currently all plans are for free

1-3 Fill in the form

1-4 Check “Agree to the Terms”

1-5 Click “Register”

2- You are now in the seller dashboard - Click on “Account”

2-1 Upload your company’s logo. 2 fill in the form. 3 click on “Get Verified” and upload the

required documents (Contact person's ID, KRA PIN Certificate and the Company Certificate of incorporation),

then 4, click on “Update”.

2-2 Click on “Billing”. Fill in your credit card details. Make sure you confirm your “Merchant plan”

. Then click on “update”

Click “Update” to save

3- Start listing your products.

3-1 Click on CATALOG >> ATTRIBUTES >> ADD ATTRIBUTE VALUE, and ADD ATTRIBUTES.

Add Attribute value and click on “SAVE”

Add Attribute Name and Click “SAVE”

3 -2 Click on CATALOG >>PRODUCTS >> ADD PRODUCT

The products can be added in 2 ways: By importing from a CSV file or one by one.

If you choose to import products details from the CSV file:

Click “Select CSV” then Click “UPLOAD”

If you choose the add product one by one:

Fill in the details of the product in the form below and click “UPDATE”

Make sure to add at least 4 product images

3-3 Click on CATALOG >> MANUFACTURER >> ADD MANUFACTURER

If your product is manufactured internally, fill in your details as requested.

Fill in the product’s manufacturer details and click on “SAVE”

4 - Click on DASHBOARD >> STOCK >> INVENTORIES

If you have your inventories ready in a CSV file, you can directly upload the file

First, Click “SELECT CSV”, then Click “UPLOAD”

If you prefer to add inventory manually, do so by searching either by the product GTIN code,

Name or Model number. Remember you have filled these details in while listing the products in the 3-2 section.

Fill in the inventory form and be as specific as possible

Then Click on “SAVE”

If your product has more variants than one variant then Click on “ADD TO INVENTORY WITH VARIANT”

Fill in all the product variant information and click on “SET VARIANTS”

4-2 Click STOCK >> WAREHOUSES >> ADD WAREHOUSE

Fill in the Warehouse information if available and click on “SAVE”.

4-3 Click STOCK >> SUPPLIERS >> ADD SUPPLIER

Fill in the supplier form and click on “SAVE”

5- Click on DASHBOARD >> SHIPPING >> CARRIERS >> ADD CARRIER

Fill in the information regarding your carrier(s) of choice.

Zandaux.com works in partnership with sendyit.com, please feel free to use the https://www.sendyit.com/ or other existing carriers. Click “SAVE”

5-1 Click on SHIPPING >> PACKAGING>> ADD PACKAIGING

Fill in your product packaging details and click “SAVE”

5-2 Click on SHIPPING >> SHIPPIN ZONE >> ADD NEW ZONE

Make sure to select the shipping rate:

If you do offer free shipping, Click on FREE SHIPPING >> UPDATE

Fill in your shipping zone details and click on “SAVE”. Please check the Rest of the World if you attend to sell beyond Kenya.

6- Click “Dashboard” >> SETTINGS>> USER ROLES

Use the following form to assign a role to your staff, and check the level of responsibility you would like to allocate to specific staff. Click “SAVE”

6 -1 Click on SETTINGS >> TAXES >> ADD TAX

Fill in the form and click on “SAVE”, note that the VAT in Kenya is 16%

6-2 Check the Maintenance button if you feel ready to publish your store and start selling.
