Return and refund policy

Before thinking of returning an item after purchase, please check the product list HERE to assess whether the item in question is returnable and in which condition.
Traders (buyers) have 15 days after receiving the item(s) to return their order. The process works as followed:
1- All items are in perfect condition and in the original packaging.
2- All safety seals are not damaged and all labels are retained.
3- The item(s) are shipped back.
4- The item(s) are received by the seller.
5- The Buyer gets notified about the returned item(s) reception.
6- The buyer gets a full refund.
When the condition 1 and 2 are not met
1- Open a dispute within 15 days of receiving the order
2- Print out (or request the digital) the free return label
3- Drop the item(s) at the designated return point or directly back to the seller
4- Wait for a refund or product replacement depending on the agreement with the seller.
