Except for the larger display and a dual primary setup, there isn’t any much difference between the Apple iPhone 8 and 8+. The 8+ is for them who like a bigger display on a smartphone.  First, its design and build.

Design and build

It has a glossy full metal body build that gives it this premium beautiful finish and look. The face of the iPhone 8 plus is a 5.5 inch display panel with a touch pad, pressure sensitive home button that doubles as a fingerprint scanner as well.  Apple has done a great job with the iPhone 8 plus Kudos.

Display and camera

Its 5.5 inches display is an LED back light IPS LCD capacitive touch screen that supports 16 M colors and multi touch. It comes with a 1080 x 1920 pixels (401 ppi pixel density) resolution and has a 68% screen to body ratio. It has a wide color gamut display, supports 3D touch display (and home button) and is a true tone display. The display on the Apple iPhone 8 is very impressive. It is one I personally have no grievances with whatsoever. With good colors and just about the right brightness. It is among the top IPS LCD displays on the market today (2017).

Camera

The dual primary camera is/are a 12MP shooter with phase detection autofocus, 2x optical zoom, optical image stabilization and a quad LED flash. It has these features geo tagging, simultaneous 4K video recording and 8MP image recording, touch focus, face/smile detection and HDR (photo/panorama). The selfie camera is a 7MP shooter with face detection, HDR and panorama.
